You Better Stop and RECOGNIZE!

What a real blessing it was the other day for me to find Old Paths Sermons. They have such a wealth of great preaching from great men of God. I was ecstatic to find they had , like, 40 something messages by the late, great Dr. Percy Ray! He's one of my favorites and truly men of God such as he are few and far between in this day of compromise.
Here's a message by Dr. Ray that calls us, as born again children of God, to get our heads out of the sand, so to speak and learn to see the devil's plot and doings (in our homes and churches).

Recognize The Devil

I help moderate Oldpathsermons.com & I noticed traffic from you link to our site; THANKS
It is our desire to see others promote Ol' Time preaching and to see the word of God go forth.

Folks in our Church have been blessed with a lot of old cassettes of several great men of God. (which we are in the process of converting to mp3 for upload, will still have a bunch left)
We wanted to freely distribute these treasures to the world, so we put our nose to the flint & with God's provision the site was off the ground. It has been a blessing to see what the Lord has done! Visits from over 43 countries, (many that are hostile to the gospel) & all 50 States in less that 10 months.

Its great to see a blog site with a similar focus!

side note: For those that would like the sermon on CD, it is fairly easy to burn them yourself with a free program such as iTunes;

& Della I couldn't find your email address from your profile, but if you like Percy Ray.
The OPS site has a message:
"I wish I had been there...I was there" its a bit of his life and testimony -

& "Turkey Creek Revival" that gives an account of when Fire gets in the Church house!!!!

Sorry to side track your thread...

We came across several more Percy Ray Sermons that are being posted now, including another sermon version of 'You better stop and recognize " that was preached at the old 'Central Baptist Camp Meeting' (no longer in operation - west moore county nc) in the late 60's - Many of these are some of his best preaching; in my opinion...
